American Genius – Hearst vs. Pulitzer

The modern mass media that we turn to every day comes from these two men – William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer together made the newspaper essential for daily life!

Joseph Pulitzer, a man who built himself up from nothing has aspired to be the voice of the people as a reporter. Its dream born of his humble beginnings as a young immigrant from Hungary, he was struggling, and he really had a fight to survive in a new country- America.

Randolph Hearst, the wealthy son of a business tycoon to media Titans battle for the loudest most trusted voice in journalism. Hearst's ambition to expand his media empire, following in the footsteps of his idol Joseph Pulitzer, lead to his success and was motivated by his willingness to invest in his projects. William Randolph Hearst was willing to spend as much money as it took to challenge Joseph Pulitzer's newspaper empire in New York City as well.

By following the dreams, these two men were putting all their efforts and pouring a large amount of money for this achievement.

I am Pong Leang Horng, I was born in 1994 in a big family since there are nine members in my family. includes my parents. And I seem so lucky that I'm the sixth child due to all my elder brothers and sisters didn't have a chance to pursue their education in university as my youngest brother and me.
